Is there a search engine on the internet where you can find people.?

I am trying to look for a person who is not from this country. I know his last name. I'm not trying to look a famous person, I'm trying to find a blood relative. This would mean a lot to me if anyone could find a website that could help me look for him.

Like Rachel said, there are websites to do this however they do usually cost money. I wouldn't go with Ancestry though, as they tend to be pricey. Try either http://www.v1g.org or http://www.apersonsearch.com they are both pretty much the same thing, except they are half the cost.

Any website like that you would almost definitely have to pay for. Like ancestry.com or something, I think. Maybe.
