No, there is no second version of the Wii coming out but a Nintendo console is in development right now. It won't be released any time soon though.

Nothing that's known. Nintendo are too busy pushing forwards with the next extension to the Wii Remotes and upcoming releases of Wii Music/Wii Sports Resort (both slated for early 2009).  Oh yes, and they should be trying hard to make more Wii Fit sets!! Ha ha!  Forgive me, I have had trouble locating one and it's made me come over all sarcastic.   Anyway, there's a lot to do with the current Wii before Nintendo decide to get all our money a second time around with a new version.  

The biggest revolution (deliberately) with Wii is the way we use and control it, and the types of game that empowers, because technically it (also deliberately) isn't cutting edge, and not a massive step from the GameCube.  So what sort of box will eventually replace the Wii - and when - is anyone's guess.  It will depend in part on when and if the novelty wears off.
