Is there a secret to catch artucuno easly?

im trying to catch artucuno in fire red its taken for ever

take his hp down to red, paralyze/attract him, then use ultra balls 30 times, if hes still un-catched, use timer balls. be patient and ull catch it.

not really,you should take a pokemon that has thunder wave or sleep powder etc,and just weaken it almost all you can and then just start using ultra balls
