Is there a shelter to go to in russellville arkansas for tornadoes??? A public weather shelter???

I tried to google it, but no luck. I doubt that Russellville has a public weather shelter.  If there were to be a tornado go through Russellville, the city may send people to a public place like wal-mart or tech. Sorry I'm not very helpful, just try to get on the 1st floor in the middle room.

There probably isn't. Because tornadoes occur rapidly and you just seek shelter wherever you can. It's not like a hurricane where you have a few days to prepare. Just make sure you're near a sturdy shelter if you're in an automobile, mobile home, trailer or outdoors. If you're in a house you can seek shelter there.
