There is a wonderful little shop in Stratford-upon-Avon called The Creaky Cauldron.  Was a downright fantastic find, wandering through this cute little town to find something like this.  

They don't exactly sell Harry Potter merchandise, but they sell "potions" and other magical things; Wiccan sort of things.  Did buy some lovely Bertie Botts Every Flavor Beans, though.  Got a boogie flavored one.
