Is there a shopping service that delivers to Germany?

I want to get someone a Christmas gift. This person happens to live in Germany. I looked on the web but still have no idea what kinds of sites I can go to to order (in English using US credit card) something in time for Christmas. Any help?

I would check Ebay or Amazon; many of the merchants there will send an item anywhere in the world as long as long as you pay enough.  You can pay for speed-shipping, too,  but that also costs extra.
