Is there a sign of something, before a Dwarf Hamster gives birth?

The best sign is going to be knowing the date of mating and gestation in your hamster species. You should be able to predict the exact day your hamster will give birth. In less than ideal conditions, some hamsters will delay implantation which will make the pregnancy last a day or two longer than normal.

Do you know which dwarf species you have and the date mating occured?

if the timestamp thats showing on it "5 hours ago" is correct and your hamster had vaginal bleeding at that time, you need a vet. 5 hours of labor with no pups would be cause for concern.
