No there is no silver metal in volleyball. In fact I don't think there is any metal in volleyball - well maybe the posts that hold up the net. Oh and the whistle.

But the team that comes second at the Olympics would be given a silver medal.

If you refer to the Olympic silver medal, yes, there is.  All three medals are present for volleyball (indoor/beach) in the Olympics.
