Is there a simple way to deal with run time debugging?

Out of the blue almost every website I browse is hindered by a run time issue and I cannot browse further. How can I sort this out?

In IE7, go to Internet Options/Advanced. Under the Browsing section, check "Disable Script Debugging..." (in two consecutive lines). This will stop the pop-up from reporting script errors. These errors don't generally affect the content of the web page and can be caused by other security settings.
