Many sites will tell you the odss on horses for a race.  

http://www.drf.com , http://www.equibase.com , http://www.brisnet.net will list morning line odds with the entries and final odds in the charts.  http://www.youbet.net shows live odds from a number of tracks for free and their sister site (the .com) shows more tracks for a fee.  Many tracks offer live feed on their websites as well.
