Is there a site can i use to find out about any career and what rate per hour you can earn in that career?

i am considering studying to be a Special Education Teachers Assistant. I'd like to know more about it...i.e. how much u earn, if there is a demand for teachers assistants etc.

Search Yahoo: "Special education teacher asssistant salary" or if there's a craigslist.com for your area, goto "jobs" and find your job in your area, by using search. Some ads actually list what they will pay, some don't. Craigslist.com is what I use to see what jobs pay. I only found one ad on craigslist that shows pay for that title, it says step 1-5 $15,400 anually-$21,500 anually, but that's in the Bay Area.

Yes, PAYSCALE.COM is a great site to research job salaries. You can even specify what country you reside in to make it more accurate. They also provide more info then just the salary, you can look at job trends and pay trends too. If you google the job title and then write payscale you can often get a direct link to the necessary page, which makes it faster.
