u can use programm to combine your pictures,then upload the pictures to your host!

try Picture Merge Genius,that is the one I usually use.the output quality is well.

Define "merge". I think you might need to use a script. I may be able to help you with that (for free and fun) if the image merging is not too complicated (and given no time limit, since I'm pretty busy nowadays). I'll probably use python as the programming language.

Probably not from a website for free - but there are lots of software programs you can purchase that will merge more then 1 image together.
