Is there a site that people sell belongings on like Ebay, in Europe?

I have a EURO triband cell phone that im trying to sell. I cant seem to sell it probably because it doesnt function well in the U.S.

So I need an ebay of Europe.

Any ideas?

Ebay is worldwide. Just look at the bottom of the ebay general page and you can click on another country that is in Europe.

Just scroll down the Ebay homepage and you can select the following european E-bay sites:

Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Poland, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom.
