Is there a site to download movies that are still in theaters that is not pirating?

I would like to be able to watch movies that are still in theaters on my computer. I do not want to pirate these movies, i would be more than happy to pay for them. I live in a very small town with no movie theater and the closest one is 100 miles away.

I do not know if there is a site out there that will do this. I do know that hotels have the capability of letting you watch these kinds of movies for a price. I am willing to pay if there is a virus free site with still in theater movies out there. Any ideas?

You can do that at http://www.graboib.com.  It usually takes about a few days for the movies to get onto the site but the cost is really reasonable and the site guarantees no viruses or spyware.  I always get great quality too.  They even give you a free trial to see if you like it.
