  1. Try    http://www.docstoc.com/

Free! I have this bookmarked. Everyone should bookmark this one.

  2. http://www.lawdepot.com/contracts/billof...

Try this link.  It has a simple free form you can fill out then print.

  3. Why not just write up your own?  As long as you outline the terms of the sale/purchase of the vehicle, list the serial (VIN ) no. of the vehicle on the contract, date it and have both parties sign it, it is considered a legal document.

It's not very difficult to do.  I sold one car to a person and this is what she did.  She basically stated on the paper that I ( the seller ) was to provide all the receipts of the repairs I had done to the vehicle while I owned it.  I would provide 2 sets of rims and tires for the vehicle ( which is the way I advertised the car ) and I also would deliver the car to her with only a certain amount of mileage over what was currently on the odometre ( basically meaning that I would not go for a 2 day road trip or something like that after I agreed to sell her the car ).  It was simple and straight-forward but it would have been considered a legal and binding contract in the eyes of the law if it ever would have been challenged in court by either parties.
