Is there a site where a group can hold a real-time meeting on-line?

Question

I remember holding a live meeting online through Yahoo! We all had Yahoo! ID's, logged in, and could chat real-time using text or voice. There was a whiteboard to write on, too. This was back in the late 90's and none of us remembers where, how, or what we did to get it active. Any help?

yahoo doesn't offer this any more but conferences- we use chatzy.com

user friendly, requires no download or java and can require password entry for security
