Census information in the UK is only available for Public viewing 100 years after it was produced

In the UK, if the person is still alive, then NO.

Any site making such data available would fall foul of the Data Protection Act.

If the person is deceased but was famous then Google will probably find it for you. If that fails then all is not lost. The Mormon Church maintains a huge database that can be searched.
