Yep, there sure is. You'll need to install sopcast first of all. Go here:

http://www.sopcast.org/download (sometimes the site goes down so keep trying or download from elsewhere - it's free)

After you have it installed, go to this video streaming site:

http://www.myp2p.eu/

Once at the site (you DON'T need to login) go to the Live Sports tab at the top then to find rugby, it's under "Other" sports. I use this site to watch cricket and soccer too. It's fantastic! Any problems just send me an email!
