  6. No, even though the scum bag tennants that were leasing my place & behind in rent, I had to wait months for the Sheriff to evict their asses!

  7. To fix it.   Upgrade the door.    I am upgrading some of mine with better fire doors then the originals.

    No complaining tenants though, only happy ones.

  8. If you are not paying rent and refuse to vacate, Why not.?
