  1. use a password protected usb memory stick

  2. USED TO DO IT WITH AN ELECTRONIC ADDRESS PAD CALCULATOR WITH SECRET ADDRESS SECTION

WORKED FINE UNTIL BATTERIES RAN OUT

MODERN ONES ARE BETTER AS THEY HAVE DIFFERENT BATTERIES IN THAT LET YOU TAKE  ONE OUT AT A TIME AND CHANGE IT WITHOUT LOSING DATA

  3. easiest way is to  make a common PIN  number for everything   One number for all.  someting you can easy remember,   all PIN numbers can be changed to suit you.....

  4. first answer is correct, remember to change your password every 2 weeks to a new value, which needs to have uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters, it should be at least 12 characters long, and should not match any other current or past password you have ever used, don't write it down or give it to anyone else...

In reality I have more than 100 different systems I access on a regular basis with "different" passwords, none are written down, but many are the same or similar across platforms.  This is a modification of the second answer which ignores different and possibly mutually exclusive password requirements(like one must have 8 characters and another must have 7 or fewer, or one must have a non-alphanumeric and others must only contain letters and numbers)

For those who want something to do that, see think geek's website, or follow this link: http://www.thinkgeek.com/gadgets/securit...

  5. Having you PIN's all in one place is a huge risk and I would recommend against doing it as your relying on that one master PIN to protect all your security PIN's. Someone cracks that and its like them wining the lottery!

    However thats your choice.

If you do go down that route, any PDA that has a version of exel would mean you could stick them on a spreadsheet and password protect it. Thats how i protect speadsheets on my IPAQ.
