Is there a smudge proof black eyeliner out there?

I bought a smudge proof one from avon and guess what? its smudges!!!! ahhh!!

Mac is great but expensive. Another good one is L'Oreal. It's only about $8.00. Both are good products and won't smudge.

there's a waterproof eyeliner that isn't too expensive and it works wonderfully. it's called Styli Style or something like that.

hahahah. Fluidline from MAC is pretty much guaranteed not to smudge. you can even ask the people at the counter to put it on their hands and rub it. it will not come off without makeup remover. it's really nice.
