While your at home in America go to http://psiphon.civisec.org/ and download and install psiphon

and setup a psiphon server on your home computer(or at a friends home if your laptop is your only computer) Write down the adress to your psiphon server along with your username and password on paper.  Once your overseas in the Emerates just connect to the server you created at home with the program and log in. JUST BE SURE TO READ THE MANUAL TO MAKE SURE YOU SET IT UP PROPERLY AND BE SURE TO TEST IT BEFORE YOU LEAVE.

If you already in live in the Emerates, ask a friend in a free country (or request someone to do it on yahoo answers)  to set up a server for you and have them give their server url username and password.

And don't get caught.
