Is there a software that limits the disk space available for a limited account?

My brother is using too much disk space storing large amounts of images and videos in his documents.

Try partitioning.

Right click the C:\ drive and go to properties.

Then find the "Quota" tab and you can assign how much each user can use diskwise =)
