Is there a sony tv and a computer combined?

so i was watching tv not paying a lot of attention to commercials and then i saw one tv in a living room and it side a sony vaio laptop and an 42 inch high def screen combined into to one amazing experience? is this tru if so how much ?>

Its in Howard Sterns green room.  Bababooeys kid was using it.
