Is there a spa/sauna in Dubai where men can use it naked?

And I mean that it'll be natural that everyone is nude, not only one or 2 guys where the others are staring at them...!

I guess you can go naked in one of the 5 stars hotels sauna, as spa/sauna are separate for men and women and anyway, all are foreigners there who can accedt nudism...
