Is there a special Duaa that you have to make when asking Allah for something you desire?

yes you prayer and tell Duaa from your heart ,you trust the god (allah) answer your ask for your desire,

Brother Duas which I firmly belief in:

Hasbi Allahu Wa naimal Waqeel



And,

"O Ever Living, O Self-Subsisting and Supporter of all, by Your Mercy I seek assistance, solve for me all of my problems and do not leave me to myself, even for the blink of an eye".

AND..... Ya Hayyu Ya Qayyum be rehmatika astagheez.

All these are really nice and effective and they give you some special sort of strength. just have strong faith in Allah :) ~!

Yea , Say a'othobillah mina al shaytan al rajeem , Al huma salli ala Mohammad first before making dua'a then just Ask anything u want and be honest.

Just do it directly from ur heart

hmm...well..pray about 11 durrood first, then pray Bismillah 3 times, then 99 Names of Allah Swt, then ask for ANYTHING you want (Jaiz) and have FAITH in Allah Swt that he WILL give you what u ask for...be like a stubborn kid..and it always work..keep asking for it and never loose hop and tell Allah Swt that he has said, if we ask only from him, he will giv it and he keeps his word and say i know u will...keep asking...dont give up hope...

Just sincerity and don't expect to get what you want always, for Allah knows best and it could be that that which you want would cause you harm and therefore Allah would not grant you that, to protect you. Be patient. And have faith in Allah. Don't give in or become disappointed if you were not to get what you desire.

i think there is no such as Dua' for desires!!

Dua for unlawful desires and needs is not permissible. While making dua, all the lawful means and agencies for the requirement should be harnessed, e.g. the farmer while making dua for his farm to yield should at the same time engage in the means and ways of farming; one making dua for protection against an enemy should at the same time engage in the ways and means of warding off the enemy; the sick while making dua for recovery should resort to medicine and treatment as well!!
