  1. Not that I know of! U should probly try to search on the web!

  2. Score the wallpaper and spray with a mixture of hot water and fabric softener or water and white vinegar and let set a couple of minutes, try to start pealing it off at a seam, use a wide blade putty knife to scrape off, follow up by washing the walls with TSP.

  3. lol..  I have painted over it.  It may appear to blister, but it's OK - it dries flat.

If the paper was put on directly to the sheet rock..  you should paint.. for sure.

  4. There is an item called a scorer that you rub over the paper in a circular motion to break the surface of the paper. Then you can use either a purchased wall paper remover product or White Vinegar and hot water to soak the paper.  Let the paper absorb the water then carefully scrape it off with a wide bladed plaster knife.  Be careful not to gouge the underlying wall itself. When you are done you should wash the wall thoroughly to get off any paper and glue residue. Check the walls for cracks, imperfections; patch with plastering mix and when dry sand smooth before refinishing the walls.

  5. Soak the paper with a cloth, this will make it come off real easy.
