Is there a special workout for losing rolls or is just losing weight?

  1. You can pick and choose where you lose fat or weight. You can only control where you gain and tone muscle. But losing rolls would indeed be losing fat but it doesn't always mean you lose weight, because you could gain muscle that replaces your fat. But if you want to lose fat, cardio is where you need to start. (Running, cycling, elliptical trainers, anything that gets your heart rate up) If you'd like to tone as you lose the fat, add strength training excercises... like for abs, an example would be crunches.

  2. I wish there were a special exercise, none that I know of. I think its just losing weight. Cutting down on the carbs/sugars will help lose the weight around your stomach.
