to send the letters to for Michigan and New Jersey? By the way it doesn't have to be a full letter. You can send a post card with your relation to adoption. Example: adoptee, adoptive parent, natural parent, friend, cousin, brother, etc... or no relation but an advocate for civil rights. I read this yesterday in another site. If you have a story it would be worth putting on paper.

They want physical presence instead of emails. You do not have to be a resident of these states and you do not have to have been a part of an adoption in these states. All you have to do is write, and mail it.

Can we make it easy and get these addresses posted?
