I use a one piece closed end type made of aluminium and conveniently as it happens they are the perfect size for fitting in a bottle of Gatorade so they double as a bottle carrier. They're made by a company called profile-design.

if money isnt a concern, find the lightest that do what you need.  i personally run clip ons, because they arent always right for what i am doing and i like being able to remove them.  i bought to forte's from performance because they were cheap and i like how they mount and adjust in so many ways.  i can decide how far apart, how to angle them, how long to extend them, how high to set the rests.  a nice set of bars for $40.
