I divined a well with a willow stick for my older modular home. Now the water system on my house is going caplooyee! Mature spiritual or informed persons responses are appreciated.

  1. Water is one of the fruits of the spirit and water is used as a purifier. When someone gets baptized, the water is symbolic as a being cleaned for a fresh start in Christ.

  2. I believe water witching is purely spiritual, and scripture does not seem to approve of it.

  3. Living water is a parallel to the legendary philosophers stone the potion of rejuvenation. The living water is the potion that you drink of the philosopher's stone.

  4. The common spelling is "kaplooie."

    ...first call a plumber.

  5. If you study "hydrology" you will find that there is something called the "Water Table".  This is a continuous layer of water that runs underground sometime nearer and sometimes farther from the surface of the ground, but its always there just about everywhere you walk.  Point a "witching wand" down at the ground anywhere you like and BINGO! you've located water. Nothing magic about that, its just realizing that there is something down there called the water table.

    De-mystified?
