Paypal does not allow any funds to be sent for gambling purposes , if your account is caught doing so it would be shut down.  But if your in the US there are still ways of funding at the high end sportsbooks just have to do a little research.  check out http://www.sharpsquaresports.com

Unfortunately, no online sportsbooks will accept money from Americans, since it's illegal in the US.  You're out of luck until they repeal the law.
