Depending on where you are from you can get a pre-paid mastercard/visa/American Express from most grocery/drug stores around the customer service dept... If you ar buying merch. online you need to register the card online first through the retailer website and also check your balance.. If you don't know how much is left on the card.. Read the fine print and most cards take some time to activate so it might NOT work right away.. Buy it acouple of days BEFORE you want to use it...
