re because there was a woman that is from there that came here in the u.s. today with those shoes on and she told me she got them at a shopping mall or a store called first name mode last name appeal or appal. i need to know thanks?

It's called moda in pelle, there is one in Milton Keynes which is quite close to Bedford. There are a couple of department stores in Bedford which may have a moda in pelle concession.
