Is there a store where you can get a picture enlarged?

I have this family picture and I want to enlarge so I can give it to my brother as a going away to college present. I'm going to frame it but the picture is just too small. So is there a store that you can scan it and have it enlarged or something like that? Thanks in advance!

Yes, any place that gives you prints can do enlargements.  If it's digital, take the memory card.  (I hope it was taken on a high enough resolution to enlarge, though)  If it's film, take the negative.  Most discount department stores and some drugstores will be able to do this for you.  You'd probably want at least an 8x10.

Walmart does that.

I'm pretty sure most places that develop film can enlarge pictures. If not, asking someone in a shop like that would be a good idea, as they'd be knowledgeable about the places in your area.
