Is there a such thing as a free ringtone?

Question

I heard there was a website that you could get free ringtones from.

Is it a scam?

Also if my voyager comes with a USB cord to hook up to the computer, can I somehow transfer music from iTunes or Frostwire to my phone and use it as a ringtone, or at least just have on my phone to listen to?

I got a best answer for suggesting this site.I had tried several sites but this was the only one that worked for my phone. Registration is pretty simple and its all free no scams.

The website also gives you step by step instructions on how to get your wallpaper or ring tones made specifically for your phone. It's EZ too.I think you'll like it. :)
