Is there a such thing as a public dance studio?

I am looking to go back and start dancing again, but without signing up to a dance class or a dance group. I would just like to go to some studio on my spare time, dance for like an hour or two, and just be on my way. I know that my gym (Bally's) has a dance studio but I dont know if I could use it while no one is there. Does anyone know if a public dance studio even exists?

Well I don't know about Bally's, but I go to L.A. Fitness and they have an open room that they use for classes too. But when there are no classes going on then anyone can just use it for working out. I always go and practice dancing there during the weekends! Just ask someone at the front desk at Bally's if its ok to dance in the studio room. At L.A. Fitness they even let me bring in my iPod stereo so I can plug it in and dance to my own music!
