You play a mini game after each offer to find pearls. Once you have 8 you can buy referrals.. so no money is coming out of your pocket. Payments are processed monthly and yes you can be paid by paypal or check sent to your home. This is by far the best paying site I've been a member of. I've made over $700.00 in 2 months!
