During the drought in France in 2005, thousends of people were found dead in their desolated houses. How do they develop now a system that double checks this vulnerable population?

  1. It is a good point.  I honestly don't know.  A lot of times families can't be trusted.  I know my mom installs lifelines for people so all they have to do is hit a button and they get medical help but it's expensive.  They also have to check in everyday through the system.  Just another way to keep them safe.


  2. Psst... If you have a family member in this situation. Go visit them. The government should not have to wipe your *** and check on your family members.
