  2. I'd go for Private Eye too, i like the fact that they lampoon politicians and i enjoy watching programmes like Have I got news for you for the same reason.

    I think they're all as bad as each other to be honest (the tabloid ones anyway)

  4. Not sure about honourable, but if I had to read one tabloid for the rest of my life it would be The Mirror.  The Sun and The Star are titillation, and The Mail and The Express are for people who spend their lives obsessing over house prices and "The Establishment".

  5. I may be being cynical here, but I think you would be VERY hard pressed (pardon the pun) to find any tabloid newspaper that is remotely truthful or honourable.

  7. I think most media sources have hidden agenda, i.e selling newspapers and news...truthful, sometimes. Honourable, never

  9. Private Eye is neither a tabloid nor a newspaper. It is a satirical magazine which carries some news items. IMHO,anyway.

    The tabloids - I'd say the Mirror/Record has the most integrity.

  10. Well, surely the Sun or News of the World.  Oh dear i am so common.  I am just not worthy to be on Current Events, Despite the fact i can spell and write in proper english. Such a shame i  am not up to being a Guardian/Telegraph reader.

    But there we are. I can live with it. :)

  11. NO!. If you like flesh look at the sport/sun  if you like a laugh read the others, mind you the times is generally on the ball.

  12. I don't trust any of the tabloids. To me they are nothing but conversation for regular people like you and I to keep us busy.
