  1. craker

  2. If your referring to someone who won't try things from other cultures. Whether its food preparation, or anything else. I believe the term is 'ethnocentric'.

  3. Well, I'd go along with boring too, but let's try ethnophobic.  There are a lot of people that are just afraid to try anything new or different than what is in the culture that they grew up with.  The best cure for this is travel and education!  You can tell who these people are because they haven't travelled far away from home and grew up with very limited culinary experiences.

Oh, I have also found people who just don't have a sense of taste, because of a physical condition - bad sinus problems, no sense of smell, or lack of taste buds.  You can sometimes tell these conditions because these people tend to be very picky about textures and mouthfeel with their foods.

  4. Squimish!! Not Daring!! And I agree with boring!!

  5. A boring person!!

  6. idiot!

  7. A finicky eater.

  8. The closest thing that I can think of would be xenophobia, or a xenophobic, which is a fear or dislike of anything foreign, whether it is people, customs, cuisine, etc..

  9. Xenophagophobia....

    Xeno means "Stranger"

    Phago means "eat/take in"

    Phobia means "Fear"

  10. Meat and potatoes person, just ignorant and missing out...

  11. Ignorant
