  4. Yes I just looked at a ttime zone chart and when its11:37pm in London and 12:37 in Paris.

  5. France is on Central European Time (CET) which is one hour ahead of the UK on Greenwich Mean Time (GMT).  Both countries make a one hour summertime change so the difference remains the same.  At 12:00 noon in the UK, it is 13:00hrs (1pm) in France.
