Is there a time limit for a baby(who is a citizen) when they leave the U.S?

The Parents are from the Caribbean and not citizens of the US...they work here but spend most of thier time in the Caribbean

  1. if they baby was born in America but has parents who are here legally but not citizens, then that child a legal born American citizen and a Caribbean citizen. This also works with American/any other country rules. The child has dual citizen ship and has no requirement to leave the U.S. They will retain that citizenship their whole life's.

    But you can contact your local, (whether you're in the Caribbean, or America) embassy and find out about this.
