Not that I know of actually in Morgantown. There is a track along I-79 near Lost Creek. It is around 45 minutes south of Morgantown. They usually are open on the weekends only.

Of course there is the Hatfield-McCoy trails in southern West Virginia but that is over 4 hours away from Morgantown.
