I don't think you can go up to Antakya via train

these days flights are so cheap that you woundl't like to bother yourself in a train trip for more than 20 hours

yes there is train service between istanbul and adana.

no train to antakya you should use a bus from adana to antakya.

there are many daily flights from both cities to/from istanbul.

train is the cheapest but it takes more than a day, bacause trains in turkey are very slow.

You can get a return flight between Istanbul and Antalya for about £60 return or go by coach for less but it is a killer of a journey
