Is there a train that can take me from Buena Park to Sacremento?

well not directly from Buena park you can take Metrolink

there you have a choice to transfer to the Amtrak's coast

starlight which departs daily from Los Angeles

to Sacramento (note you probably wont arrive Sacramento

till past midnight

or you could transfer to Amtrak bus to Bakersfield

and then San Joaquin train (some trains go to Sacramento

others go to Oakland) (depending on the train you catch)

if its a train that goes to Oakland Sacramento bound passengers could either stay on that train to Martinez

and switch to the Capitol or chose another Amtrak bus

from Stockton to Sacramento

drive to union station in LA and then take the coast starlight ( don't hold me to that, but i think that is the one that goes to oregon via sacatomato ) check with amtrak.com
