  1. This is the Renfe website in english :

    www.renfe.es/ingles/

Have a good trip and if you need accomodation in Malaga, pls let me know, I could offer a lovely studio on the beach of Benalmadena.

  2. Transbordo is the conjugation of the verb transbordar meaning "to transfer". Transbordo means "I transfer".

For a foreigner looking at the Renfe website may look difficult, but the bottom line is, there is no direct train to Málaga from Murcia. You´d need to go to Madrid and change there. You could go to Alicante and get a flight to Sevilla and a train from Sevilla but that wouldn´t be cheap. You could fly from Murcia to Barcelona and then from Barcelona to Malaga. It really depends on how desperate you are.

If you say you don´t understand it´s "no comprendo" but if I ask if you understand I´ll say "¿comprende?"

Edit; You could get a bus from Murcia to Granada or Antequera and change there for Malaga. Check out this website http://www.alsinagraells.es/

  3. The Happy Murcia will know this!! So send him a message if he doesn't reply on here

  4. Have a look at www.renfe.es.

I doubt that there will be a direct train (Murcia is a bit of a backwater) so you will have to work out the best route for yourself.

The renfe web site is reasonably easy to understand. Should you really be travelling alone?

  5. Hi, there is a train line running down the coast of Spain but only goes as far as Aguilas,,,quite some way off target,,,the line from Murcia goes either east to Alicante or north to Madrid,,,,not very usefull

From Aguilas to Almeria which is the next city you could catch a train from to get to Malaga is quite some distancebut there is no direct link without either going up to Madrid or going south to Aguilas then expensive taxi to Almeria then train to Malaga
