Is there a transaction fee when switching between movie channels on Dish Network?

I want to switch from the Starz! movie pack to Cinemax on Dish Network, and they both cost the same amount ($12.99), but I was wondering if Dish charges a transaction fee to make the switch?

no cost to switch if they cost the same. it costs $5.00 if you downgrade or turn off movie channels. They are offering cine for 1 cent for one year if you go paperless billing, they might do it for existing customers too
