I think there is one for teachers but I dont know about nusery nurses-may be the same!

Otherwise there are private unions you can join that can represent you.

Its UNISON, the public services union. The support staff in my school all belong to it.

Try The Transport & General Workers Union. They cover many different trades and occupations.
