  1. What's a uti?

  2. That is not really a lot of info to go on.  My first thought was "what is a UTI" - I'm guessing from these options that it is the Technical Institute http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/UTI

In which case there are techinical training courses yes, but the majority if not all, will be in Dutch (there are courses in English but these are usually business studies related or post-graduate ones

First of all, look at your reasons for wanting to study in the Netherlands?  Is it because there is a course which will reaaly aid your education.  If not then you really should look again.  Getting a course in another country just because of (e.g. smoking laws) will not benefit you in the long-run, and education is the starting point for the future (plus smoking is not going to h**l you study!)  I worked as a student advisor with foreign exchange students, and could virtually tell from week one, which of them were going to graduate and which would drop out sooner or later

If you are genuinely serious about it, then you can read up more from two sites.  The first is the immigration dept site in the Netherlands, (as you will need to obtain a study visa) http://www.ind.nl/EN/verblijfwijzer/verb... and secondly this is a good site to start with investigating the possibilities for studying as a foreign student in the Netherlands http://www.nuffic.nl/

  3. Which one of the two do you mean. The Urinary tact infection ( yes, happens there to, but not a reason for moving there) of  Universal Technical Institute, I guess you should do a search at the universities.

  4. I believe there's one in Maastricht or something.
